Another great book.
This was a great read, it fits in brilliantly with the first two books.
Eclipse is well written like Twilight and New moon.

If you've seen the films, then I think the books give a much better idea of what's going on in the character's minds, Eclipse is no different in this regard, I loved it, can't wait to read Breaking Dawn now (I've just started it and it seems to be just as good IMO, I'll post a review for it when I'm done)4

Unforgetable
Their are very few books which when you read will stay with you for a long time Hunger Games is one such book it creates a world in which everything dark about humanity is explored from an evil big brother government, to mankinds sadistic ability to watch others in pain and not only enjoy it but look for more. The hero in the story Katniss is a character who not only is brave, but also intelligent enough to make survival a second nature an ability she has perfected in the years since she became her families saviour.
Suzanne Collins creates a world for the reader a world the reader hates and wants to help change making the book impossible to put down you have to know how it ends.
All I can hope is that the second book is half as good.
After reading the second book my only concern was that the final book would have to be perfect to complete the story arc we went through in the series and Suzanne Collins proves that unlike Harry Potter the Hunger Games have a fitting finale and completion, and she provides this and more no fan will be left saying what next, or that the ending didn't fit with the rest of the trilogy but with the twists and turns provided we end up with a magnifficent piece of art. Although the final book does run its course it does so without buckling with the dark side of the Hunger Games and humanity as a whole with the reader seeing the goodside and the bad side of each individual character.
I would recommend these books to anyone who enjoys reading, the books flow together perfectly and I for one have been unable to put the books down without finishing them, my only advice would be not to let a child under 12 read these books.7

Leaves me wondering if i actually read it.
There isn't much to this story, it just fills some gaps in a story i never wondered about. it goes with the movie better than the written saga but the stephanie meyer trademark features are there, so any twilight fan will like it but not love it.9

A great ending for a great charcter!
This book was released this morning and 3 hours later i've finished it. I just could not put it down! This book is a great end to (in my opinion) one of the greatest series of books of all time. My only regret is that this is the end of the series. (and yes, i did have a tear in my eye as i turned the last page!)
Just like the rest of Robert's books it still has great humour, characters you really want to be friends with and pages of complete excitement/terror/suspense, but all this is tinged with a bit of sadness because going into this book you know it's going to be James's last mission and you just hope the author sends him off with a bang and that he will carry on happy forever. Thankfully Robert Muchamore came through with this and unlike other series of books i've read, i'm 100% happy with this ending. Go read it, now! You will not be disappointed...except for the fact there will be no more of James's CHERUB life to read about!10

A step in the right direction, but a hill to climb
This book starts with Artemis Fowl explaining his idea to save the world from global warming, but with an unhelpful side-dish of Atlantis Complex. You know something will go wrong and it soon does, followed by Artemis & co managing to get out of seemingly dead end situations.

It has the usual components which should make for a classic Artemis story but the book still isn't back to the standards of the books up to, and including, Opal Deception. It is a step up from the Time Paradox but, in my opinion, Eoin still has some bridges to build to get back to his previous great Artemis Fowl style.12

The best first book!
I bought this for my daughter when she was three months old and wished I had bought it sooner! She absolutely loves it! At first, we sat almost every day and read it through a couple of times. Yes, there's only three pages, but babies don't want to read war and peace, it's perfect! I describe the patterns to her and talk about the pictures. She used to love looking at the black and white pictures and her reflection in the mirror! Now she is six months old and she loves books- I'm sure that 'faces' was a contributing factor in this. The pages are crinkly and soft so she could easily grab them from an early age, now she likes to chew the pages, as she's got to the 'putting everything into her mouth' stage! The simplicity of this book is exactly what babies need at the beginning of their journey towards loving books. I now buy it for every friend who has a baby- it should be used as one of the bookstart books!18

Small snail to Signicant Snail!
The Snail and the Whale is a beautifully illustrated book, with tongue twisting rhyme and strong themes. The snail wants to explore the world and does so by making an unlikely alliance with a humpback whale. After exploring far away and vast lands, the snail concludes that he feels very small indeed. The snail symolizes young children who are curious about their world, and how they can feel insignificant in the world. However, the smallest creature can make a difference, as in the story the small snail helps his friend the whale and in doing so draws attention to the plight of endangered species and how each individual can make a difference to the world.

I have also recently written a new children's book in which a young princess's curiosity about a forest leads her to exploring the forest and making some unexpected friends. A spell cast will test Zaara's bravery-and with no loyal subjects to come to her rescue, she is on her own in the deep, dark forest. Come what may, Zaara has learned the true power of friendship and that if this circle of friendship is to be unbroken, she will lead the way as a princess-and as a friend.
Princess Zaara and the Enchanted Forest19
