First I got the book which I thought was excellent, then I got the CD which is amazing. I feel a different person, my outlook is bright, I just seem to know which decision is right. The Cosmic Ordering book and CD combo is a must have. Thank you soon much Stephen Richards.

A Very Good Beginners Guide.

This audiobook consists of two CDs. The first is the author talking about meditation, and this CD is wonderful to listen to. He has a really nice voice to listen to and talks as if he is just talking to you alone. He makes if feel as if Meditation is available to everyone, and anyone can do this, which is true, but so helpful to a beginner to be reassured that it is within their reach. The second CD is a set of progressive meditations, quite short, but each one taking you a stage further on. I found them really helpful to work through, as it got me to a stage where I could continue alone. I am a beginner at this but have found this audiobook very helpful and I do actually find it works. If you want to begin Meditation and find the market is too flooded with all kinds of books and methods, then start here with this audiobook. It will guide you through a no-nonsense method, and you can then follow-up any other methods you choose afterwards, when you know what it is about and what it can do for you.

A Good Read

An interesting and enjoyable read. Kept me turning the pages for some hours, which is hard to do, I normally put a book down after an hour. Thanks to the author.

I Love This Book

Somebody gave me this book to read and I thought it was an excellent book. I've read it a few times and I even bought my own copy. I find it uplifting with every read.

Healing for today

I am getting well into these sorts of books, all thanks to having read a cosmic ordering book by Stephen Richards. I never knew such a world existed and here it is. This book is not a replacement for a doctor, but great for those nagging things doctors put down to wear and tear, etc which is just an excuse because they haven't a clue. This book is written by someone who knows what they are doing, and that is half the battle, great stuff.

Excellent

This is the sweetness of books which should be shared with other books in your library. Esther and Jerry Hicks through the teachings of Abraham clearly outlines the fundamentals of the laws of attraction and how one can tune into this art. When I started this book I was unable to put it down at the end of the book I wanted more and more most of all the techniques transmitted by Abraham really is for our age to help and assist all of mankind towards a fulfilling enriched life. I practice each of the teachings from this book and my life is much more holistically balanced but most of all I have a deeper belief in myself.

The Last Lecture Review

Honestly, one of the best books I've read. Randy Paush not only has something unique and important to say, but the way he has chosen to say it is amazing. I'd rank this book, inspirationally, with THE POWER OF NOW and TUESDAYS WITH MORRIE. <br /><br />Here's the idea of the book: Non-fiction, it is the account of Pausch's"last lecture" which he gave at Carnegie Mellon. Pausch was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and given a few months to live so he decides to make some changes in his life--quit his job, be with his family. The title comes from the idea that at Carnegie Mellon, retiring professors are aked to give a"last lecture." So the title is ironic and a play on words in a sense. <br /><br />While the lecture is for everyone, Pausch really did this for his kids, who were too young at the time to know what was going on. It is so inspirational and its basic premise is that we should get all we can out of life now. I also enjoyed LIFE BEYOND MEASURE: LETTERS TO MY GREAT-GRANDDAUGHTER which is somewhat along the same lines as THE LAST LECTURE in that it was what Poitier wanted to leave behind to his great-grandaughter who is too young to really understand things right now. <br /><br />If you're looking for an inspirational book, and one that will keep you up at night thinking about how to live your life, THE LAST LECTURE is the non-fiction pick for you.

Something to get you in the mood

A good balance between realistic modern ideas and the philosophies underpinning the original kama sutra. It looks at sex in the context of romance, mood setting and relaxation. Probably one for long term couples.

great to help kids (and parents)

well done mr buzan - kid friendly graphics. i never finished the hard back version, but this is interesting for dads too - less theory and more doing. good for us time pressed parents to get the basics and help our kids

An amazing source of wonder and opportunity

This book is filled with nuggets of power. It is well designed and well conceived and is very easy to follow. It explains some complex topics and procedures in terms that are easy to grasp for those uninitiated with cosmic ordering. I can see that it would appeal to readers from very different backgrounds as it is not written from any particular religous stance, yet is welcoming to all people. Having used it since last autumn I have found both the book and the CD an amazing tool for self-discovery. I recommend it anyone who is not content with their life as it is, and who wishes to discover how to change that and allow what they want to be drawn into their life.

superb book for health victims, you are in control, look at your past, a fascinating read

If you have phobias or physical health problems or psychological problems, some of them are likely to come from your past, but not jsut this 'body' past, but all your other 'bodily' pasts, all your eternal pasts. We are eternal, so consider all the baggage you bring with you into each new 'body' life and here is a book that really digs deep into this business. By accident Dr Weiss began healing a patient with numerous psychological problems, none of which could be explained by her current life, or childhood. By open mindedness anda joint journey, his patient and he discover an incredible insight into the past and learn to release these problems through remembering where they were born from. Not only that but to add to the proof, the patient became very psychic in the process and had the most accurate information. Start taking note of your dreams, they are all psychic, they are all messages to you and for you and from you. Read this and eternal life starts to make sense.

Yes, excellent

This is the second book by Johseph O'Conner, I have. Very good read, very good righter. If you are an NLP practitioner this book will help you to put your practice in to practice, if you get what I mean.

A thoroughly irritating book designed for emotional illiterates

I became so irritated with this book that I felt like throwing it at the cat, which I would never do, because I love the cat. The conversations in it were with people who were quite unbelievably immature and emotionally illiterate and Katie patronises them horribly by constantly calling them"sweetheart" , when what they needed, to my mind, was a sharp kick up the backside. It is glaringly obvious that it is just stupid to create problems for oneself by failing to relate sympathetically to other people when there are real problems out there over which we have no control, such as earthquakes, hurricanes, droughts, epidemics and sudden death from accident or disease. My reactions to the book were Yuck - get a brain! and why are some Americans so simplistic?

Helped alot

After passing this audio cd in the shops many times i decided this time to buy it as i suffer from very bad anxiety and i have to say out of everything that i have tried for anxiety this has helped me the most.<br />You are guided by a pleasant voice in to deep relaxation and by the time the cd has ended your whole body feels deeply relaxed you feel more positive and anxiety is alot better. I felt so much relief from my anxiety because of this cd.<br /><br />I hope to listen to other audio cds by Glenn Harrold

A Miracle

I found out about this book quite by chance, and it has changed my life more than I can say. A few months ago I was diagnosed with Conversion Symptom Aphonia, I had lost the ability to talk at all and could can hardly eat. It was like my whole body has shut down, a psychologist I saw said that I was suffering from post trauma to losing my mum and real father that I sadly never was able to meet. I have been through a nightmare, and the days have been very dark. <br />Through reading The Journey my life has been transformed, I was so encouraged after reading about Brandon Bays journey and how she healed herself from having a football size tumor in her stomach and all she found out whilst doing this, that I saw a lady locally who does Journey Therapy, and was actually taught be Brandon herself.<br />Through going through my own 'journey' a miracle happened and a few days later my voice returned. I am also feeling different, so much more positive and calm.<br />I can not recommend this book enough, Brandon is truly the most beautiful person with the most beautiful soul, her passion for wanting YOU to heal and see there is hope radiates from the pages.Every day since finishing the book I still re read pages as they still say something new to you each time.<br />Through this book not only have I found Brandon and her work, but also the most beautiful journey therapist who I am seeing. But also I have found my life again, and have found hope again. <br />Please read this book if you are feeling nothing else has worked, because this will!!!

Having read all off Icke's works, I can clearly say it has changed my life. The man's method is clear: Tell the truth, no matter where the evidence takes you. Nobody can afford to go through life without reading one of his books. Enough said.

Positive Person from Peterborough, U.K.

As someone inclined to dismiss affirmations generally, reading this book and listening to the CD has changed my attitude - for the better I believe. I decided to give it a try after all if they did not work what had I lost, at worst I would merely be where I was before. As suggested by Louise playing the CD before and during sleep works also - I awaken with a much more positive calm energy for the day. Even if one is skeptical I would definitely recommend trying this as there is nothing to lose and plenty to gain. Try now and enjoy the benefits immediately.

Basic and unconvincing

As far as this type of book is concerned I'm fairly well read and knowledgable and in the real world I have followed this interest for over 30 years, so have a certain self taught epistemological 'expertise'.<br /><br />The book is poorly written, stilted and totally unconvincing. In particular the dialogue is totally unconvincing. If I had to venture a guess I would say the book is a work of fiction based within the framework of the author's real life. Perhaps if I was new to the genre I might have read the whole thing. As it is I've been unable to finish it because it doesn't move me.<br /><br />Even the name of the protagonist Socrates is unconvincing because the rather basic priciples espoused are mainly Eastern rather than Greek.<br /><br />There are far better books than this out there if this is your interest.<br /><br /><br /><br />
